About This Course

The course if provided by Almenta International a company that provides training and professional development, consulting, coaching, and speaking services at an international level. Almenta helps organizations remain profitable and relevant by ensuring the customer remains the focal point of their strategies, henceforth, the company positions its clients to be more customer centric. However, when all is considered, it becomes apparent that “people” (Teams & Leadership) are responsible for driving towards customer centricity and business in general. Consequently, Almenta International has strategically adopted a systemic view by bringing the three human elements in the business mix: Customer Management, Leadership Development, and Team Development for business performance.

Almenta International has partnered with the M3 Center at University of South Florida and other speakers across the globe that bring a varied wealth of knowledge, insight, and experience around customer centricity and the topic of customer management. Dr. Mary Ritz

    Requirments

    Even though the content of the certificate is free of charge, there is a modest fee for upgrading to the certificate track. Once you upgrade, there are 4 quizzes that need to be passed with a grade of at least 80%. Moreover, you only have three attempts to pass each quiz.
