About this Course

WELCOME TO THE Resilient Leadership in an Anxious World

Leadership in the best of times is challenging, demanding of our best selves, potentially exhausting, and perilous to our health and reputation. But in today’s V.U.C.A. world (one marked by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), the stakes can often be even higher. The Resilient Leadership model is uniquely suited to help leaders meet and master the challenges of leadership in the 21st century. This course will introduce participants to an array of insights, skills and strategies that are rarely found in conventional leadership development programs. Based as it is on Dr. Murray Bowen’s ground-breaking research into the dynamics of emotional systems, Resilient Leadership training provides a set of personal and professional resources that can be transformative both at home and at work—in one’s personal and family relationships and in your career pathway, regardless of whether your organization is large or small, in the public or private sector, the for-profit or not-for-profit in nature. Each of the four units of this course will introduce you to experts in the Resilient Leadership model and powerful, successful leaders from a variety of organizations. Co-Founders of Resilient Leadership LLC, Bob Duggan and Jim Moyer, will be joined by current Partner Jim Burns and many of Resilient Leadership LLC’s Professional Trainers and Executive Coaches. The combined experience of the RL leaders who will be providing guidance throughout and sharing their expertise in this course numbers many hundreds of years.
